Bistro 311 has been a long time dream of owner and chef, George Valdovinos. Since childhood he has had the dream
of being a chef and owning his ow
n restaurant.
Growing up in Southern California, George was exposed to the
culinary world at a young age, starting to work his way up in restaurants by the
age of 17. Since then George has worked at various restaurants throughout
Orange County, finally settling here in San Juan Capistrano where, with the
help of friends and family, he decided to open his first restaurant. Bistro 311
opened in mid December 2006 and has been happy to receive the support of our
local patrons. Bistro 311 prides itself on featuring organic produce, wild seafood,
and organic and natural meats. We hope that you enjoy our take on
Contemporary Californian Cuisine as well as our ever expanding wine list. Enjoy and we hope to see you again soon!
